This portal is owned and operated by Foruchizu Sdn Bhd (Company No. xxx). By placing an order with Foruchizu, you agree to the following terms and conditions:-

1. You are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Foruchizu.  This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
2. Returns will be accepted for items returned within 7 days only.  Any items showing signs of wear (stains, tears, etc.) will not be accepted.  Remember to indicate on your return slip the reason why you are returning the item so that we may improve!
3. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. If you would like to exchange your purchase for something else, please email us with your order reference number and item you wish to return.
